Return policy


We appreciate how difficult it can be to purchase over the internet. Even though we attempt to make this purchase as easy and pleasurable as possible for you, we understand that you may receive your item of jewellery and like with any purchase, when you try it on at home, you are just not 100% satisfied. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us and therefore if for any reason you are not, we are happy for you to return your item of jewellery for an exchange or refund. That is why we offer our customers the opportunity to exchange or receive a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.

In order to exchange of refund your item of jewellery please follow the following steps:

  1. Please email or call us prior to posting anything to us. We will provide you with postage details once we have spoken with you.
  2. Package your jewellery item(s) with all the original paperwork you received with your purchase in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (available at the post office).
  3. Send the package using Australian Platinum overnight service or Registered Mail; we have deemed this the safest way to return high value items. Please note we are not responsible for items damaged while shipping.
  4. Contact us with the tracking number immediately after the package has been sent, so we can ensure the package is insured.

If you do not provide us with this information and the package is lost or stolen we are not liable.

Note: Please be careful NOT to write diamond, jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft. Once we have received the package we will notify you to inform you of its arrival.

Conditions of Return: Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:

•The item must be received by Jiedy WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of shipment for the refund.
•All items must be returned in the same condition as received from Jiedy. Any returns that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than ID Jewellers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
•If the item is a diamond, the original gemmological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well.

Return Time:
•All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 15 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
